Create fun and dynamic classes by incorporating a Pilates ball into your sequences.
Create fun and dynamic classes by incorporating a Pilates ball into your sequences. A Pilates ball is a great prop to improve movement control, balance, posture, toning and strength. You will learn how to include the ball in your barre or Pilates classes to help add variety. Each exercise is demonstrated in a video and accompanied with instructions and how best to sequence and teach them.
In this course we will play with:
- Warm-ups using the ball
- Upper body exercises using the ball
- Lower body exercises using the ball
- Core exercises using the ball
- How to incorporate the ball into your classes
- Teaching drills to get you started
All exercises are broken down on how to teach them, what to look for in terms of alignment, and any modifications needed. You can introduce these exercises into your classes to add variety, balance and coordination. Within the course you also receive 2 x full length classes that give you examples on how you can utilise the ball in a creative way.
