Emma will take you step-by-step through all the jumpboard basics: the benefits, how to jump, your safety checklist, exercises that target the legs, glutes, core, and upper body, plus how to bring it all together in creative, flowing sequences.
You’ll walk away with video content of five sample classes — interval class, circuit class, short/long block class, bookend class, athletic class — plus full class plans for each. So you can copy and paste the repertoire directly into your next reformer class. Tomorrow morning, perhaps?

Do I need access to a reformer and jumpboard? Yes! You will need your own reformer and jumpboard or access to one in order to practice the exercises. It's not just about theory. Feeling the exercises in your own practice will help you to understand what you’re teaching, and to master cueing (because you know how it feels in your body!).
When does the course start and finish? The course starts as soon as you enrol and is a completely self-paced online course.
How long do I have access to the course? After enrolling to our Reformer Pilates teacher training, you have unlimited access to your online modules for a total of 6 months, and an additional 3 months to complete your practical hours and assessment. We suggest writing notes and the exercises down in your manuals so you can keep them with you forever!
After enrolling to the jumpboard course, you have unlimited access to this course forever! So you can come back and refresh your knowledge at any time.
What support will I get while I'm studying? You can contact us anytime via email or you can simply comment at the bottom of any lecture to ask a question and a senior trainer will respond to you with a day or two (sometimes within minutes). We are available to support you every step of the way.
