Stretch Course
How to guide your clients through juicy stretch sequences. Even if your only client is you.
Stretching? It’s so much more than the final 5 minutes of class. It aids recovery, adds variety, boosts balance, and promotes relaxation.
In fact, it’s so critical that we’ve developed a full course dedicated to it. Learn why warm-up and cool-down stretching is so important, our favourite stretching repertoires, and even how to lead five full-length stretch classes — we know your clients are crying out for them.
Each stretch is broken down with videos or photos, includes modifications, and is accompanied with instructions on how to best sequence them.
Here’s everything you’ll learn:
- All about stretching - stretching in classes
- What is the difference between dynamic and static stretches
- Stretch repertoire
- Full stretch classes, different themes, and lengths
- Teaching drills to get you started
