Welcome to the world of Reformer YiN
Where the balance of Reformer meets the stillness of Yin — it’s a fusion like no other.
In this certification, you will learn to teach slow and meditative classes that promote flexibility, balance and physical and mental surrender. KIRSTY FLEMING
Having a background in teaching dynamic reformer classes, when the opportunity arose to undertake the reformer yin certification I was excited to expand my knowledge and skill set to be able to support the body and the nervous system and mind. This is now my favourite class to teach and the class I get the most rewarding feedback from.
KARLEE BRIDGE
