20 creative exercises to have fun with in your barre classes
This course is designed for barre teachers who want to build their repertoire library with some new and fun exercises. This course includes 20 fresh exercises for you to start incorporating into your barre classes straight away. Each exercise is demonstrated in a video and accompanied with instructions (just like you would see in a manual) on how to teach them.
This course includes:
- 5 x thigh exercises
- 5 x glute exercises
- 5 x core exercises
- 5 x upper body exercise
Also included are longer videos that show how you can put all of these exercises into a sequence.

Elyse obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Dance) graduating from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts in 2007. Since then Elyse worked as a dance teacher in high schools and dance schools around Perth, before pursuing a career as a professional dancer.
Elyse is a dance and fitness model and has performed in music videos, TV commercials, cruise lines, and sports events in the UK, Europe, UAE, LA and Australia.
In 2012 Elyse became a barre fitness instructor, qualified in the UK for group classes and personal sessions, working for a luxury fitness company in London for 18 months.
In 2014 she moved to Sydney to join Barre Body as an instructor and moved up to become the Melbourne regional studio manager. She is a red-hot favourite teacher to so many clients!
Elyse is currently studying to become a physiotherapist.
